About Biscru

Every gluten-free biscuit of Biscru contains fresh fruit or vegetables together with complementary herbs and spices, in a base of whole grains and seeds.  The biscuits are produced without any heat, using dehydrators at temperatures less than 40°C, so that none of the original nutritional value is lost, a distinct advantage over cooked biscuits.  Biscru are not only delicious, full flavoured and natural tasting but also contribute to your 5-a-day.
